Sekine

Sekine is a calm, fully offline Islamic dhikr and mood companion. The user checks in with how they feel (six states: grateful, at peace, scattered, weary, anxious, regretful), optionally adds reason tags and a short note. The app then suggests a dhikr phrase matched to that state from a built-in library of ten classical remembrance phrases (each shown in Arabic script, Latin transliteration and an English meaning). The user opens a dhikr session with a tasbih counter (targets 33/99/100/313), counting either by tapping the counter or letting the app keep a gentle pace. A "Trace" screen shows a day streak, total dhikr count, a 7-day mood trend and a gentle insight about which dhikr the user returns to in hard moments. Sound: no recorded human voice and no recitation audio at all. The audio engine is synthesised in the browser layer plus a small set of CC0-licensed percussion samples (FreePats world percussion) bundled with the app; the default accompaniment is silent, and rhythm, ambient tone, "night tone" filtering and reverb are opt-in sliders. Monetization: NONE. There are no ads, no ad SDK, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no paid features. Everything in the app is free. Accounts: none — there is no sign-up, no login and no user account of any kind. Permissions: the app requests no runtime permissions at all — no microphone, no camera, no location, no contacts, no storage. Networking: the app makes no network requests; all assets are bundled and all features work in airplane mode.
